A couple of days ago, I asked you what makes a good CEO or Leader and now you know why: CEO Travis Kalanick resigns following months of chaos!

After months of wrangling, claim and counter claim, the culture of a rapidly growing company has been exposed. Is this a broadside to all those ‘Disruptors’ that charge ahead to gain marketshare at the expense of process, procedure, guidelines and staff concerns.

There is certainly a need in the early days of company formation to get the job done, but should that be at the expense of considered structure to protect employees, building of an environment for growth and a culture of loyalty or do we retro-fit these afterwards, change the company culture and potentially loose good staff, because the company isn’t the same anymore?
