What is failure; is it when you don’t get what you want, does it matter if it’s merely a packet of biscuits or entry to a movie? So why is it so much more important when it’s in your professional life? Many times we don’t get what we want and move on; we learn from the experience and take steps to avoid that obstacle in future. Therefore, failure is a learning experience and NOT a loss. I love failure (aka learning), as I find out more about what not to do and what I can do better. So get out there and learn, learn, learn and learn; if you’ve never learnt, you’ve probably never tried!!!
